Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Private Equity (REPE) Associate for a well-established company engaged in real estate investment and fund management. The candidate will be responsible for evaluating investment opportunities, conducting financial analysis, supporting due diligence, and assisting with investment and fund management activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor real estate and infrastructure investment funds.
- Build financial models using Excel and Argus.
- Evaluate property acquisitions, joint ventures, and debt structures.
- Conduct financial underwriting and market research.
- Review legal and financial documents.
- Coordinate property inspections and due diligence.
- Prepare investment memos and fund reports.
- Monitor fund performance and portfolio investments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Economics/Real Estate; MBA/CA preferred.
