Job Description

We are looking for a Factory Manager for a well-established organization engaged in the manufacturing of Iron & Steel products. The role will oversee overall factory operations and production, including targets, quality, safety, productivity, manpower, inventory, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall factory operations and production activities.
• Monitor production targets, quality, safety, and productivity.
• Lead production, maintenance, and factory manpower.
• Manage raw materials, inventory, machinery, and production costs.
• Ensure smooth and efficient plant operations.
• Coordinate with internal departments and management.
• Implement process improvements and cost-control measures.
• Ensure compliance with safety and statutory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Educational Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Metallurgy.
