Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager for a well-established company engaged in the manufacturing of iron and steel products. The candidate will be responsible for managing production operations, planning and monitoring production schedules, coordinating with teams, ensuring product quality, and achieving production targets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and monitor daily production activities.
  • Manage production targets and schedules.
  • Supervise production team and manpower.
  • Monitor production quality and process efficiency.
  • Ensure proper use of materials and machinery.
  • Control production costs and minimize wastage.
  • Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and stores teams.
  • Ensure workplace safety and compliance.
