Senior Civil Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer for a well-established company that is one of the leading manufacturers of maize-based specialty products. The selected candidate will be responsible for end-to-end management and execution of the industrial project, including planning, coordination, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely completion. The role involves direct reporting to the Director/Managing Director (MD) of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise junior engineers and site supervisors across building blocks, production sections, and godowns.
• Monitor daily site progress against project milestones and report critical delays or resource shortages to management.
• Ensure compliance with civil construction quality standards and material testing procedures.
• Review structural drawings, concrete mix designs, and batching plant outputs to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Estimate material requirements and coordinate resources to ensure uninterrupted project execution.
• Manage end-to-end project execution to meet commissioning deadlines while maintaining structural integrity and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
